Hello, my name is Demetrius Marinho, and I am a passionate yoga teacher originally from Brazil. I have had the privilege of learning from Yog Gaurav and Yog Ananda during my time in Spain, I continuing studying and advancing my practice with Yog Arimaa online and I am also certified by CSEN Italy and by Yoga Alliance

I am dedicated to helping my students find balance, peace, and strength through the practice of yoga.

GROUP CLASS

A group yoga class is a gentle and peaceful gathering of individuals from all walks of life coming together at Sanctuary Yoga Studio in Venice to practice the ancient art of yoga, a combination of poses, stretches, and breathing exercises designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

Participants leave the class feeling rejuvenated, centered, and connected to both themselves and their fellow classmates.
